Track Your Shipment
We make it easy to track your UPS package(s) by using your tracking number or PO number.
Director’s Showcase International (DSI) tries to ensure that your shipment has been packaged correctly. In the event that a shipping error or damage occurs to your order, you must notify your dealer within ten (10) business days of the receipt of the shipment and adhere to the following procedure:
• Damage/loss for UPS shipments: Any damage or loss incurred in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. Please notify your dealer within ten (10) business days. If your dealer is not contacted within ten days, you accept all responsibility. You must retain all merchandise and packaging for possible inspection by the carrier.
